Altratene 1% WSC-BT/PF is a fine orange powder containing 1% fermented β-Carotene E160a(iii). The β-Carotene is encapsulated in a matrix of maltodextrin, sucrose, gum arabic, sunflower oil, water, antioxidants and silicon dioxide.
