Grape skin tannins are natural phenolic compounds extracted from the skins of the grape Vitis Vinifera. It enhances the structure, complexity, and aging potential of wine. They contribute to a balanced astringency, deep color, and improved mouthfeel, making them essential in winemaking. Although white grape skin tannins help to improve colour stability and prevent oxidation, they are mainly used to organoleptically enhance a wine.
