VINUPEP PF H

Grape seed tannins are natural phenolic compounds derived from the seeds of the grape Vitis Vinifera. Mainly used to add structure, stability, and a refined astringency to wine. Known for their antioxidant properties, they help preserve wine quality and enhance aging potential, contributing to a smooth mouthfeel and balanced flavour profile. Grape seed tannins are especially valued in winemaking for counteracting the degradation of colour due to malolactic fermentation.
